Diets and Lower Belly Workouts

If you want to gain rippling muscle and burn fat off from the time and effort you invest in training, you need to eat proper foods in their proper proportions. Proper weight loss diet- your daily diet—not your workout routine—have the biggest leverage on how your body looks and feels. Most people think it’s the work you do in the gym that matters most. It certainly matters, but food and drink make or break your physique. If you want an impressive body, you need to keep an eye on everything that goes in your mouth.

As always, it’s not what you know, but what you do with what you know. You can have the greatest diet plan in the world, but if you’re not working the plan, it’s irrelevant. You can do lower belly workouts and diet and get where you need to be. Of course losing weight comes down to taking in fewer calories than you’re burning off each day. However, you also need to make sure you’re getting enough calories so that your body will use body fat as fuel and not your muscle. If you burn off muscle, you lower your metabolism. Of course this is not what we want. Heck, not only will the body not burn body fat, but you’ll become one of those skinny- fat people.

So I propose you start a diet to gain muscle and lose fat. Otherwise, the human body’s metabolism will slow down in order to “save itself’ from grinding away its tissue through too much work and too little food. The body will do whatever it must to prevent killing itself. Your body will not only slow down its metabolism if you don’t eat enough, it will aggressively hold onto body fat in an effort to make itself “famine proof.”
